Nvidia RTX 50-series Prices Fall in Germany: Most Models Now at or Below MSRP

7日前

Nvidia RTX 50-series demand has dropped in Germany, leading to significant price reductions for most models, except the RTX 5090. At the end of March, the cheapest RTX 5070 Ti was priced at €869, but by last week, it had fallen to €799, which is €80 cheaper than its MSRP of €879. Similarly, the least expensive RTX 5070 saw a drop from €599 to €589, placing it below the MSRP of €619. The RTX 5060 Ti, both in 8GB and 16GB configurations, are newer models and lacked pricing data at the end of March. However, as of last week, the cheapest versions were priced exactly at MSRP: €429 for the 8GB and €489 for the 16GB variant. While these figures represent the lowest prices available, the median prices for each model remain higher. For instance, the median price of the RTX 5080 was €1,430 at the end of March and has since decreased to €1,389, still 24% above its MSRP of €1,120. The median RTX 5070 Ti, which was €1,005 at the end of March, dropped to €950 last week, making it 8% above MSRP. The median RTX 5070 also saw a reduction from €687 to €654, leaving it 5% above its MSRP. These price drops reflect a cooling off in the consumer demand for high-end graphics cards, which could be attributed to a variety of factors, including economic conditions and market saturation. Such changes are significant for buyers looking to upgrade their systems or build new ones, as these lower prices make high-performance GPUs more accessible. Despite the discounts, the RTX 5090 remains at a premium, underscoring its position as a top-tier, luxury component in the market.
