As announced at I/O, the app is becoming more personal, proactive, and powerful, and this latest update is a step forward in that direction. With scheduled actions, you can streamline routine tasks or receive timely, personalized updates directly from Gemini. For example, you can ask Gemini to send you a morning summary of your calendar and unread emails, generate five blog post ideas every Monday, or keep you updated on your favorite sports team. If a one-time task is needed, such as a summary of an award show the day after it airs, you can set that up as well. Simply tell Gemini what you need and when, and the app will take care of the rest. Managing these scheduled actions is straightforward. You can access and modify them at any time through the scheduled actions page in the app settings. This feature allows you to stay organized and informed with minimal effort, ensuring that important tasks and updates are never overlooked. Scheduled actions are now available to users with a Google AI Pro or Ultra subscription, as well as those on qualifying Google Workspace business and education plans.
