Additionally, the collaboration includes the AI Mentor initiative—a workforce development program designed to standardize training, accelerate skill acquisition, and support multilingual environments across diverse teams. In the coming phases, both companies plan to expand the deployment of these solutions across domestic and international manufacturing sites, supporting the transition to intelligent, sustainable, and AI-enabled operations.
