The collaboration will integrate artificial intelligence deeply into Syngenta’s enterprise systems, modernizing core functions and enabling faster innovation across manufacturing, supply chain, and grower-facing solutions. Agriculture faces mounting pressures from climate change, complex supply chains, and global instability. With the world’s population expected to reach 10 billion by 2050, the partnership seeks to enhance food security by improving efficiency, resilience, and scalability in farming operations. AI will play a central role in helping Syngenta meet these challenges while supporting sustainable agricultural practices. Syngenta will leverage SAP Business AI and AI-assisted tools such as the Joule copilot to enhance operational efficiency, accelerate innovation, and deliver smarter solutions to farmers worldwide. The platform will also ensure growers retain control and privacy over their proprietary data.
