Accenture and Google Cloud have announced a strategic expansion of their alliance, focusing on advancing agentic AI through the integration of Gemini Enterprise. This collaboration aims to help organizations across industries transform their operations by leveraging Google’s latest AI innovations, supported by Accenture’s expertise in cloud, AI, and digital transformation. Accenture is now enabling clients to adopt agentic AI solutions powered by Gemini Enterprise, a platform designed to embed AI capabilities into every employee’s workflow. With deep technical proficiency in Google Cloud technologies, Accenture is helping organizations streamline processes, accelerate innovation, and scale AI adoption effectively. Scott Alfieri, Accenture’s Google Business Group lead, emphasized the importance of this partnership: “Working alongside Google Cloud, we're dedicated to empowering our clients’ transformation using the cutting-edge AI capabilities of Gemini Enterprise. We're creating a foundation for innovation on a strong digital core with seamless data and AI support—centralizing workflows, supercharging AI agent development, and driving adoption at scale.” Victor Morales, VP of GSI Partnerships at Google Cloud, added, “With Gemini Enterprise, we are making it possible for every employee and workflow to benefit from the latest advancements in Google’s AI. By combining our AI leadership with Accenture’s strategic expertise, we’re helping clients solve their most complex challenges and achieve measurable outcomes.” The collaboration includes the evolution of Accenture’s joint Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE), now enhanced with agentic capabilities. This expanded CoE will support clients in building and orchestrating multi-agent systems that deliver real business impact, powered by Google Gemini models and Gemini Enterprise. Real-world applications of this partnership are already delivering results. JCOM, a client in the communications sector, launched the JAICO Project—an AI initiative that uses Gemini to analyze hundreds of thousands of customer conversations monthly. The solution helps service operators respond faster and more accurately, paving the way for hyper-personalized customer experiences. The Radisson Hotel Group, operating over 1,520 hotels across 100+ countries, used Vertex AI and Gemini models to automate multilingual ad personalization. By training AI on data stored in BigQuery, the team reduced campaign creation time from weeks to hours, boosting productivity by 50% and increasing revenue from AI-driven campaigns by more than 20%. In the U.S. healthcare sector, a major insurer integrated Google Agentspace with enterprise collaboration and data tools, creating a unified conversational interface for accessing knowledge, documents, and communications across platforms—significantly improving service delivery and internal efficiency. To showcase the potential of agentic AI, Accenture hosted a Google Agentic AI Codefest, where teams developed AI agents for 15 industries. Over 450 agents, including next-gen, conversational, and AgentEngine agents, are now available on Google Cloud Marketplace and can be directly integrated into Gemini Enterprise for seamless deployment. Accenture is also expanding its internal use of Gemini Enterprise to enhance knowledge sharing and automate internal processes. As part of its LearnVantage digital learning services, Accenture and Google Cloud are introducing new skilling programs to help enterprise users quickly adopt and maximize the value of Gemini Enterprise.
