Zoho Launches Enterprise-Grade Spend and Billing Solutions with Advanced AI for Scalable Finance Operations

Zoho Corporation has unveiled two new enterprise-grade solutions—Zoho Spend and Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition—designed to empower large organizations with greater control, flexibility, and automation in their financial operations as they scale. The launch also introduces enhanced AI capabilities across Zoho’s Finance and Operations Platform, enabling modern finance teams to automate tasks, gain deeper insights, and improve forecasting with a strong emphasis on data privacy. Zoho Spend is a first-of-its-kind, integrated spend management platform that unifies procurement, accounts payable automation, corporate travel, employee expenses, and payroll into a single system. It provides finance leaders with a centralized dashboard to monitor budgets, enforce compliance, reduce unauthorized spending, and turn spend management into a strategic function. The platform streamlines the full source-to-pay cycle with digital vendor onboarding, automated RFQs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and bill processing. AP automation leverages OCR for smart bill capture, supports 2-way and 3-way matching, and enables batch payments and automated reconciliation. The self-booking travel tool offers access to a global inventory with 30+ direct NDC integrations and negotiated corporate fares, ensuring policy compliance and cost savings. Expense management automates receipt capture, reporting, and reimbursements while enforcing tax, per diem, and mileage rules. The platform also includes automated payroll processing that handles federal, state, and local tax compliance across all 50 U.S. states, along with benefits like healthcare, retirement plans, PTO, and employer contributions to 401(k), HSA, and FSA accounts—supporting multi-state payroll in a single run. Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition is built for large organizations needing advanced monetization flexibility. It supports complex billing scenarios, dynamic pricing models, and real-time revenue recognition. With 15 country-specific editions compliant with regional tax laws and e-invoicing support for nine countries including Mexico, India, and Germany, the platform is well-suited for global growth. It enables businesses to quickly adapt to market changes and launch new offerings with confidence. AI is deeply integrated into both platforms through Zia LLM, Zoho’s proprietary large language model built specifically for business use. Features like Ask Zia act as a finance assistant, answering questions and delivering insights on billing efficiency, customer behavior, and business performance. Zia Insights identifies anomalies, tracks trends, and forecasts future outcomes. The Co-Create Agent allows users to collaborate with AI in real time, overseeing and modifying AI-generated content such as invoices, quotes, and custom reports. Other AI tools include automated bank reconciliation suggestions, AI-powered revenue forecasting, real-time anomaly detection, and features like Generated Blueprints, AI Custom Fields, Invoicing Agent, AI Summary, and Write with Zia. All AI functionality operates within Zoho’s secure, on-premise data infrastructure, ensuring customer data remains private and never exposed to external risks. Zoho emphasizes its commitment to privacy through its self-owned data centers and no ad-revenue model. Zoho Spend and Zoho Billing Enterprise Edition are now available.
