Leading e-wallets TNG Digital and easypaisa adopt Ant International’s GenAI platform to enhance customer experience with secure, AI-driven financial services

Ant International has announced a strategic collaboration with two major e-wallet operators, TNG Digital, operator of TNG eWallet, and easypaisa, Pakistan’s first digital bank, to enhance customer experiences using generative AI. The initiative leverages Ant International’s Alipay+ GenAI Cockpit, an AI-as-a-Service platform designed specifically for fintechs and superapps. Through this platform, financial institutions can develop custom agentic AI services powered by Ant International’s deep expertise in financial services and robust security frameworks. Both TNG Digital and easypaisa are using the platform to improve customer service efficiency and streamline user interactions, enabling faster, smarter, and more personalized financial experiences. Farhan Hassan, Chief Digital Officer at easypaisa Digital Bank, highlighted the transformative impact of the AI integration. He noted that the new generative AI-powered customer service agent allows easypaisa to deliver hyper-personalized financial experiences, including tailored product suggestions, actionable financial insights, and timely reminders to help users manage their money more effectively. Beyond personalization, the AI assistant strengthens security by improving fraud detection and risk management, making every in-app financial interaction safer, faster, and more intuitive. The Alipay+ GenAI Cockpit enables the creation of AI agents capable of autonomously handling common financial service tasks such as customer support, merchant assistance, financial advisory, and AI-driven safety controls. These agents not only speed up response times but also reduce training overhead and increase operational efficiency. Launched in June 2025, the platform is built on Ant International’s four core business units: Alipay+ wallet gateway, Antom merchant payment services, WorldFirst cross-border business accounts, and inclusive finance solutions including digital lending and credit technology. It integrates over 20 leading large language models, including Ant International’s proprietary Falcon TST (Time-Series Transformer) AI model, and incorporates specialized financial knowledge such as bank transfer protocols and dispute resolution rules. A key application built on the platform is Antom Copilot, the world’s first AI agent designed to help merchants optimize payment method integration and boost conversion rates. To ensure security and compliance, Ant International’s AI services are protected by AI SHIELD, a proactive security toolkit. Anchored by the AI Security Docker, it reduces AI service risks by up to 90% through rigorous evaluation, real-time monitoring, automated intervention, and continuous adversarial testing.
