ISG Unveils 2025 Women in Digital Award Winners for EMEA, Honoring Leaders from Shell, Pfizer, BBC, and More in Tech Innovation and Digital Transformation

Information Services Group (ISG) has announced the winners of the 2025 ISG Women in Digital Awards for the EMEA region, recognizing outstanding female leaders driving innovation and transformation in technology. The awards were revealed during a live virtual ceremony on September 18, honoring women from leading organizations including Shell, Pfizer, BBC, Genpact, Santander, and WNS. The gold winners were recognized across six categories: Digital Transformation, AI and Data, Product and Systems, Client and Business Growth, Operations and Delivery, and Enterprise Architecture. Each category also featured silver and bronze winners, with additional finalists named as luminaries. Gold Winner: Wawi (Waltraud) Kantz, former director of enterprise AI adoption and enablement at Pfizer Silver Winner: Dr. Janet Bastiman, chief data scientist at Napier AI Bronze Winner: Natalia Chiritescu, digital solutions centre director, EMEA at Stefanini Gold Winner: Anna Murcar, director of product and systems, corporate systems at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Silver Winner: Manju Pal, VP and partner, BCM – applied advisory at Genpact Bronze Winner: Tricia Blatherwick, chief evangelist at AutogenAI Gold Winner: Alex Carter, head of advisor relations, EMEA at Genpact Silver Winner: Sofia Nord, global vice president, technology at Ingka Group Bronze Winner: Maria Zhuleva, manager, site operations at ResultsCX Gold Winner: Stella Harris, senior operations manager at Santander Silver Winner: Lidia Maria Muñoz, SW engineering manager at Vodafone Business Bronze Winner: Preeti Ramdour, chief enterprise architect at ING Gold Winner: Nisha Purswani, corporate VP – consulting and client solutions at WNS Silver Winner: Hema Kariyappa, lead solution architect at Vodafone Bronze Winner: Kim Hanchet, director of global employee experience platform at Foundever Sumita Dutta, CIO for B2B and customer operations at Shell, was named Digital Titan of the Year for EMEA, the highest honor in the program, recognizing her as the most impactful woman in digital across the region in 2025. The winners were selected by an independent judging panel comprising Eryn Peters, co-creator of the AI Maturity Index; Isabelle Roux-Chenu, former Capgemini executive; Jill Stabler, corporate vice president and influencer relations lead EMEA at WNS; Boriana Tchobanova, chief transformation officer at American Express Global Business Travel; Eleanor Matthews, director at ISG; and Carolyn Becker, director at ISG. The ISG Women in Digital Awards, launched in the Americas in 2022, expanded to EMEA and Asia Pacific in 2023. In 2025, the global program received 536 finalist nominations, with winners in the Americas announced on September 4 and APAC winners on September 11.
