By handling routine concerns virtually, the program allows clinicians to focus more on diagnosis, treatment planning, and research. The virtual care model offers 24/7 support through AI-augmented monitoring, early intervention, and seamless escalation to clinical teams when needed. This proactive approach has already proven effective at leading cancer centers, reducing emergency department visits and hospital admissions while improving patient satisfaction and treatment adherence.
