WiredRE Launches Occupier Partnership Program to Fast-Track AI and Cloud Compute Capacity with Pre-Approved Power-Ready Sites

WiredRE Development Corp (“WDC”) has launched its Occupier Partnership Program (OPP), a strategic initiative aimed at accelerating the delivery of large-scale, power-ready data center capacity for AI, cloud, and enterprise technology firms. The announcement was made in Las Vegas, underscoring WDC’s growing role in addressing the urgent infrastructure demands of the AI and hyperscale computing sectors. The OPP builds on the success of WDC’s Power & Real Estate Partnership (PREP) Program, which focuses on securing land and power from existing owners. In contrast, the OPP targets the demand side of the equation by engaging directly with companies that need immediate or forecasted compute capacity. WDC believes the real bottleneck in data center development isn’t power or land availability—it’s planning and execution. Through the OPP, WDC offers a structured, co-developed approach to site delivery. This enables AI and cloud operators to reduce time to market, minimize execution risk, and focus on operations rather than the complexities of real estate development. Participating companies gain early access to pre-qualified, power-ready sites, with WDC handling due diligence, permitting, and development coordination. Key benefits of joining the OPP include accelerated site readiness, reduced capital risk, and the ability to lock in capacity ahead of demand spikes. WDC is currently advancing due diligence on more than 8 gigawatts (GW) of powered land opportunities across North America, with plans to expand globally. “With AI and hyperscale demand growing at an unprecedented pace, operators need partners who deliver certainty—not more uncertainty,” said Everett Thompson, CEO of WDC. “The Occupier Partnership Program allows compute users to move from interest to occupancy in record time, leveraging our integrated expertise, extensive portfolio, and proven capital development model.” The OPP and PREP programs together form a closed-loop ecosystem: PREP secures power and land, while OPP matches those assets with qualified occupiers. Both initiatives are supported by the WiredRE Platform, a global network of over 10,000 experts spanning data center operators, utilities, investors, and developers. This network enables rapid decision-making, technical validation, and seamless collaboration across the infrastructure lifecycle. WiredRE Development Corp is a leading developer of powered land and data center infrastructure, combining deep industry experience with a vertically integrated approach. Its mission is to enable faster, more certain scaling for AI and cloud infrastructure by solving the real-world bottlenecks of land, power, and planning.
