Tungsten Automation Bolsters AI Leadership with Key Hires to Accelerate Agentic AI and Innovation
Tungsten Automation Corporation, a global leader in AI-powered document and workflow automation, has announced the addition of three key executives to its leadership team: Danielle Weinblatt as Chief Product Officer, Adam Field as Chief AI Officer, and Ryan Hubbard as Executive Vice President and Head of Research & Development. Danielle Weinblatt brings extensive experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade software products. Most recently, she served as Chief Product Officer at SAP Taulia, where she led the development of cloud-native integrations and next-generation payment solutions used by major global organizations. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at 24/7 Software and Entelo, and founded ConveyIQ, a company focused on intelligent workflow automation. Weinblatt holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a BS with High Honors from Cornell University. In her new role, she will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tungsten Automation’s AI-driven platform. She will lead product management, design, and user experience, ensuring the delivery of intuitive, cloud-native solutions that empower customers to automate complex processes with greater speed and intelligence. She will also collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation and bring market-leading products to life. Adam Field, who has been with Tungsten Automation for four years, is now taking on the newly created role of Chief AI Officer. In this capacity, he will lead the company’s Agentic AI initiatives, driving the enhancement of AI capabilities across its product portfolio. Field will focus on accelerating AI adoption within Tungsten teams, improving operational efficiency, and enabling smarter decision-making for customers. He will also expand the company’s AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships, developer engagement, and targeted mergers and acquisitions. Ryan Hubbard joins Tungsten Automation with over two decades of experience in founding, scaling, and leading high-growth software companies, including eVariant, YellowHammer, and Updater. He has a proven track record of building high-performance engineering teams and advancing AI-driven development practices. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Hubbard will serve as Executive Vice President and Head of Research & Development. In this role, he will guide the company’s global engineering and R&D efforts, shaping the technical strategy behind Tungsten’s next-generation AI-first solutions.
