QwikOS Launches World’s First Universal Humanoid OS and App Store, Enabling Cross-Platform Robot Apps and Developer Monetization

QwikOS has officially launched, unveiling the world’s first universal humanoid operating system and app store, designed to unify the rapidly evolving humanoid robotics landscape. The platform introduces a mobile application available on both iOS and Android, offering users a single, consistent interface to access commands, features, and community-driven content across a wide range of open-SDK humanoid robots. Built to complement existing manufacturer software, firmware, and control systems, QwikOS enables developers to create applications that work across multiple robot platforms without requiring platform-specific code. This breakthrough removes a major barrier in the industry: the need to build and maintain separate software for each robot model. Instead, developers can create once and deploy across any compatible hardware. The QwikOS App Store is the first of its kind, offering the largest catalog of third-party features and actions specifically designed for humanoid robots. Unlike proprietary ecosystems, QwikOS is hardware-agnostic, meaning applications developed on the platform can be used on any open-SDK humanoid robot.
