Multi-Modal Cross-Referencing: The agent compares data across resumes, portfolios, and interview answers to spot inconsistencies and potential deception. Beyond real-time monitoring, the system delivers detailed post-interview reports that compile all fraud indicators throughout the candidate journey. These insights help recruiters and hiring managers make informed decisions while ensuring human oversight remains central to final hiring choices. The launch comes amid rising concerns over remote hiring vulnerabilities. In a notable case, the U.S. Justice Department accused North Korean nationals of using stolen identities to secure remote IT jobs at over 100 U.S. companies, highlighting the national security implications of unchecked hiring fraud.
