As a result, Novigo is now a fully owned subsidiary of R Systems. The transaction, which followed a definitive agreement announced on August 21, 2025, was finalized after securing all required regulatory approvals and meeting customary closing conditions. Under the terms of the deal, R Systems acquired 100% of Novigo’s equity. With integration underway, both organizations are aligning under a unified strategic vision.
