Oracle Ecosystem Drives AI Innovation in Brazil, ISG Report Reveals

Oracle’s expanding ecosystem in Brazil is driving significant advancements in artificial intelligence and cloud technology, according to the 2025 ISG Provider Lens® Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem report for Brazil. The report highlights how enterprises across the country are leveraging Oracle’s technologies and its network of partners to transition from AI experimentation to real-world, production-grade deployments that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, decision-making, and customer experience. The report emphasizes that success in today’s digital transformation era hinges on achieving tangible results within a year. Oracle’s growing presence in Brazil—including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data centers in São Paulo and Vinhedo, the launch of IoT services, and Oracle Database@Google Cloud—has helped establish the nation as a regional innovation hub. In 2025, Oracle opened an Innovation Lab in São Paulo, providing a collaborative space for businesses, partners, and academic institutions to develop and test AI-driven solutions. Brazil’s strong foundation in enterprise platforms such as ERP and HCM, combined with a skilled technical workforce, has accelerated AI adoption. One standout example is Biofy, a startup that developed an AI-powered bacterial infection diagnosis system using genetic sequencing and vector search. The solution can identify bacteria—including new mutations—in hours rather than days, enabling faster antibiotic prescriptions and supporting the development of new treatments. The report advises Brazilian enterprises to pursue strategic partnerships with Oracle ecosystem providers by clearly defining technical requirements, setting measurable goals, demanding strong service-level commitments, and ensuring contract terms allow for technology portability to avoid vendor lock-in. Pilot projects should be small in scope and time-bound, with well-defined success criteria. Key trends in the Brazilian market include rising demand for GPU resources, growing need for FinOps and managed services, and increasing investment in AI infrastructure. The report evaluates 32 providers across three categories: Professional Services, Managed Services, and OCI Solutions and Capabilities. Accenture, Deloitte, EBS-IT, Ninecon, V8.Tech, and Wipro are named Leaders in all three quadrants. KPMG, Lanlink, Peloton, and SkyOne are Leaders in two categories each. G&P, Kyndryl, and PwC are recognized as Leaders in one category. EdgeUOL, Peloton, and Service IT are identified as Rising Stars—companies with strong potential and promising portfolios. Cognizant has been named the global ISG CX Star Performer for 2025 among Oracle ecosystem providers, based on the highest customer satisfaction scores in ISG’s Voice of the Customer survey, part of the ISG Star of Excellence™ program.
