CampusAI bridges the AI skills gap with immersive, accessible training for workers and businesses, offering virtual campuses, personalized learning, and digital twins to drive human-AI collaboration and local innovation.
CampusAI, a Warsaw-based startup, is tackling the growing AI training gap for non-technical workers with a unique learning platform designed to make AI accessible and practical for everyday professionals. As companies increasingly demand AI literacy across departments—from sales and HR to legal and personal branding—many employees lack the skills to use AI effectively. CampusAI aims to close that gap by offering an engaging, hands-on educational experience tailored to real-world workflows. The company’s flagship product, Me+AI, is a year-long course priced at $250 for individual users. It features an avatar-based learning model and a virtual campus built in the metaverse, resembling a gamified version of Roblox for adults. Users can explore different learning paths, attend live sessions, collaborate on projects, and access a digital workspace. The platform integrates dozens of popular AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, and Flux, allowing learners to experiment without managing multiple subscriptions. For businesses, CampusAI offers Team+AI, a $25,000-per-year enterprise solution. The program begins with an AI readiness assessment, manager workshops, and company-wide webinars. Over the next four weeks, employees receive personalized learning tracks aligned with their roles and organizational goals. Whether someone works in finance or HR, they get tailored content designed to enhance their productivity using AI. The learning methodology is grounded in research by Aleksandra Przegalińska, CampusAI’s scientific adviser, who specializes in human-AI collaboration. The approach emphasizes mastering prompting techniques to turn users into effective AI collaborators—not just passive tool users. Students gain access to a prompt library and coaching tools that teach them how to craft better prompts for better results. Within the virtual campus, learners can visit the AI Gym, where AI-powered challenges assess their skills and provide instant feedback. The goal is not to replace humans with AI, but to build a partnership where AI acts as a teammate, critic, coach, or sparring partner. CampusAI claims measurable outcomes: employees become 40% more efficient and 60% more satisfied with their work. Since launching in 2023, the company has grown rapidly, reaching over 35,000 users and securing 60 enterprise clients, including ING, T-Mobile, Lenovo, and Ikea. It’s on track to generate more than $2 million in annual recurring revenue by 2025. To fuel expansion, CampusAI is raising a $20 million Series A to enter 40 markets by 2030. The platform is currently available in Polish, English, and Spanish, with recent launches in the U.K. and U.S., focusing first on B2B sales before expanding to direct-to-consumer. Beyond education, CampusAI offers digital twin technology—custom virtual replicas of real-world institutions like universities, corporate offices, or government buildings. These digital twins, starting at $100,000 per year, serve as exclusive learning and collaboration spaces. The company recently secured €18 million from the European Commission to build digital twins and learning environments across 11 universities in 10 countries. Founder Aureliusz Gorski, who previously helped grow Warsaw’s startup ecosystem at the Cambridge Innovation Center, sees these partnerships as catalysts for local innovation hubs. He believes strong regional ecosystems are essential to counterbalance the dominance of large tech platforms and ensure sustainable startup growth. CampusAI is a Top 20 finalist at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025, where it will showcase its platform, share its vision, and connect with innovators, investors, and leaders. The event runs October 27 to 29 in San Francisco. For more information, visit the official event page.
