CrowdStrike Expands AI Security Ecosystem Through NVIDIA, Pangea Acquisition, and Strategic Partnerships
At Fal.Con 2025 in Las Vegas, CrowdStrike unveiled a major expansion of its AI-powered security platform, introducing new capabilities to secure and accelerate the adoption of agentic AI across enterprises. The company announced a strategic integration of Charlotte AI AgentWorks with NVIDIA’s Nemotron models, enabling security analysts to build custom, no-code AI agents for mission-critical workflows. This collaboration, built on the NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design, allows organizations to leverage open, high-performance AI models to train agents that automate tasks in security operations and enterprise applications—while maintaining strict governance and protection via the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. Charlotte AI AgentWorks is the first no-code platform that empowers every security analyst to become an AI builder. Using plain-language prompts, teams can design, test, and deploy AI agents aligned with organizational policies, all within a secure, Falcon-integrated environment. These agents are powered by NVIDIA Nemotron’s open-weight models, which deliver accuracy and efficiency, and are governed by real-time controls to ensure compliance and reduce risk. In parallel, CrowdStrike announced the acquisition of Pangea, a leader in AI security, to deliver the industry’s first complete AI Detection and Response (AIDR) platform. This acquisition extends Falcon’s protection across the entire AI lifecycle—from development and deployment to workforce usage. AIDR unifies visibility, compliance, and enforcement, offering advanced defense against prompt injection attacks with up to 99% efficacy at sub-30ms latency. It also enables organizations to monitor and block risky AI interactions, enforce governance policies, and secure AI agents built with NVIDIA NeMo and third-party tools. CrowdStrike is also launching a new fleet of mission-ready AI agents—pre-built to automate seven high-impact security workflows such as threat investigation, incident response, and vulnerability prioritization. These agents are trained on millions of real-world decisions from Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR and operate with the judgment of elite analysts at machine speed. They can collaborate securely with trusted third-party agents from partners like Google, Proofpoint, ServiceNow, and Zscaler, creating a unified, human-machine defense ecosystem. The Falcon Agentic Security Platform serves as the foundation of the modern “agentic SOC,” enabling enterprises to scale expertise, reduce response times, and shift focus from repetitive tasks to strategic decision-making. All customers will gain access to Charlotte AI and mission-ready agents with limited monthly credits, with full capabilities available through paid plans. Together, these innovations represent a transformative step in enterprise security. By combining no-code agent development, open AI models, and comprehensive protection across the AI lifecycle, CrowdStrike is redefining how organizations build, deploy, and secure AI at scale. The company’s vision is to empower every analyst with an AI workforce that operates under human control, delivers real-time outcomes, and stops breaches in the age of intelligent automation. As AI adoption accelerates, so does the attack surface. CrowdStrike’s integrated approach—spanning development, deployment, and usage—positions the Falcon platform as the central hub for secure, intelligent defense. With the expansion of Charlotte AI, the integration with NVIDIA, and the acquisition of Pangea, CrowdStrike is not only securing AI but leading the evolution of the future of cybersecurity.
