Sia CEO Matthieu Courtecuisse Honored as Industry Champion at 2025 SIFMA Foundation Tribute Dinner for Leadership in Financial Education and Innovation

Sia, a next-generation global consulting group, announced that its CEO and Founder, Matthieu Courtecuisse, has been recognized as Industry Champion at the 2025 SIFMA Foundation Tribute Dinner. The event, held on October 28 at Cipriani 25 Broadway in Lower Manhattan, celebrates leaders who are shaping the future of financial markets and society through innovation, vision, and commitment to public good. For nearly five decades, the SIFMA Foundation has been a leading force in advancing financial education and literacy among young people. It reaches approximately 750,000 students each year, with a strong focus on underserved schools and communities. To date, the Foundation has empowered over 23 million young individuals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to achieve financial independence and pursue careers in finance. This year’s Tribute Dinner honored Robert Cook, President and CEO of FINRA, as Education Champion, and Matthieu Courtecuisse as Industry Champion. Courtecuisse, who founded Sia at the age of 26, has grown the firm into one of the world’s top 30 management consulting groups, distinguished by its deep expertise in financial services and pioneering integration of data science and artificial intelligence. Sia now employs over 3,000 consultants across 48 offices in 19 countries, with more than 800 professionals in the United States and over 300 based in New York. The firm serves more than 1,000 clients, including nearly all Fortune 500 companies and the majority of the Mag 7 tech giants. In late 2024, Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, announced a strategic minority investment of up to €250 million in Sia, underscoring the firm’s growing influence and market position. Beyond his leadership at Sia, Courtecuisse is an accomplished thought leader and author of three essays. He actively contributes to influential think tanks such as the Economic Club of New York and the Milken Institute. A resident of New York, he is a passionate advocate for Franco-American relations and has been recognized as a Young Leader by the French-American Foundation. He also serves on its Board and regularly contributes as a columnist for French business media, offering insights on U.S. economic and political affairs. The SIFMA Foundation honored Courtecuisse for his visionary leadership and Sia’s innovative approach to consulting and youth financial literacy—values that align closely with the Foundation’s mission of fostering excellence, innovation, and community impact. Sia, founded in 1999, was built with a digital-first mindset. Today, the firm combines strategy, management expertise, data science, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility to help clients navigate transformation and unlock opportunity. With a belief that optimism is a powerful catalyst for change, Sia empowers organizations to mitigate risks and seize new possibilities. The firm continues to expand its global footprint and influence across industries, delivering measurable results through its diverse team and forward-thinking approach.
