The investment marks a key step in deepening the partnership between the two companies to drive open, AI-driven innovation in the mining industry. Rithmik’s technology is fully OEM-agnostic, enabling real-time, high-resolution analytics across mixed fleets of mining equipment from all major manufacturers. The investment is part of Rithmik’s Series A funding round, which also includes participation from Chrysalix Venture Capital, Sprout Fund, Fonds Ecofuel, Phoenix Fire, and Developer Capital.
