EA SPORTS and NFL Expand Partnership to Unveil Next-Gen Football Experiences, Global Events, and AI-Powered Innovation
Electronic Arts (EA), EA SPORTS, and the National Football League (NFL) have announced an expanded, multi-year exclusive partnership aimed at growing American football’s global reach and redefining interactive fan experiences. This marks the most comprehensive collaboration to date between the two organizations, building on their long-standing relationship that has helped make the Madden NFL franchise a cultural phenomenon. Under the new agreement, Madden NFL will remain the exclusive action simulation game for NFL football, continuing to deliver authentic, high-fidelity gameplay across consoles, PC, and mobile platforms. The partnership will also fuel the growth of EA SPORTS College Football and support the development of entirely new, large-scale interactive experiences centered around community, social connection, self-expression, and gameplay. Each day, the game ecosystem sees the equivalent of 23,000 NFL seasons played—allowing fans to experience football from high school to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Beyond traditional gameplay, EA SPORTS is introducing new ways for fans to engage with NFL content. EA SPORTS Madden NFL Cast offers immersive, interactive gameday broadcasts, while the company continues to expand its presence in international markets. EA SPORTS served as presenting sponsor of the 2025 NFL Dublin game and NFL Experience Dublin and will launch the first-ever Madden NFL Championship Series (MCS) competition in Spain, coinciding with the 2025 NFL Madrid game.
