Sleep Staging

Sleep staging is the task of automatically identifying and classifying stages of sleep from polysomnography signals, primarily divided into W (Wake), R (REM - Rapid Eye Movement), N (NREM - Non-Rapid Eye Movement) or more detailed categories such as W (Wake), R (REM - Rapid Eye Movement), L (Light NREM), D (Deep NREM). This task aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosing sleep disorders, which is of significant application value for the formulation of personalized treatment plans.
