Human Detection of Deepfakes
Human Detection of Deepfakes is a task that involves human participants in detecting deepfake stimuli. The aim of this task is to calculate, through statistical research methods including a priori power analysis (such as using GPower software), the adequate sample size required to detect the main effect of a specific effect size, in order to evaluate the capabilities and limitations of humans in identifying deepfake content. This provides a scientific basis for the application and development of related technologies.
