Emotional Dialogue Acts

The Emotional Dialogue Acts (EDA) task aims to enrich the emotional understanding of dialogues by analyzing the unique associations between emotions and dialogue acts, such as acceptance/agreement acts often being accompanied by joy, apology acts often being accompanied by sadness, and gratitude acts often being accompanied by joy. This task is based on the EDA framework and utilizes a neural annotator integration approach to enhance the interaction effects and user experience in dialogue systems within natural language processing.
