NTT DATA Appoints Anne-Sophie Lotgering as New Europe CEO to Accelerate Digital Transformation and Growth

NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and technology services, has announced the appointment of Anne-Sophie Lotgering as the new Chief Executive Officer for Europe, effective September 1, 2025. Lotgering will succeed Chieri Kimura and report directly to Abhijit Dubey, NTT DATA’s President and Global CEO. Additionally, she will join the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Lotgering brings over 20 years of leadership experience in IT services and telecommunications, with a proven track record in B2B2C and B2B sales, digital marketing, and transformation. Most recently, she served as CEO at Proximus NXT IT, where she oversaw the IT integration of B2B operations across the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Under her leadership, the company successfully unified multiple subsidiaries into a single, agile organization, aligning with high-growth sectors such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Her career includes senior roles at The Orange Group and Microsoft, where she was the General Manager for Microsoft Services in Central and Eastern Europe. Lotgering also boasts extensive board experience, serving on both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
