Red River Appoints David Raffetto as SVP and GM of Technology Solutions to Drive Federal and Commercial Growth

Raffetto joins Red River from Cisco Systems, where he spent over 16 years in sales and leadership roles spanning the public and private sectors. Most recently, he served as Sales Director for Cisco’s Department of Defense Operations, managing a matrixed team of more than 80 professionals and partners supporting the Department of the Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, Department of the Navy, Defense Health Agency, U.S. Coast Guard, and the Pacific region.
