Prior to his appointment, Quilter held senior product leadership positions at major technology firms, including YouTube, N-able, Tanium, Cisco, Lancope, and Qualys. At YouTube, he led AI and machine learning initiatives focused on detecting and mitigating adversarial abuse across the platform. Earlier, he played a key role in shaping product strategy at N-able during its spin-off from SolarWinds, further solidifying his connection to the MSP and channel ecosystem. Quilter holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Utah and an MSc in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Silicon Valley campus. Over the past five years, he has lived and worked in Switzerland and the UK, bringing a global perspective to his leadership.
