Mediacom Communications Announces Key Leadership Promotions Across Technology, Security, HR, Finance, and Data Roles

Mediacom Communications today announced several key leadership promotions within its corporate management team, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Fuad Alnajjar has been named Group Vice President, Business Engineering. In this role, he leads a broad range of critical functions including business services, service engineering, GIS mapping, lab certification, broadband design, and voice operations. Alnajjar is responsible for shaping long-term technology roadmaps, guiding investment strategies, and speeding up the rollout of new services. Under his leadership, Mediacom has successfully scaled advanced technologies such as Ethernet/MPLS, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), cloud voice, IPTV, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), WiFi, and HFC DOCSIS networks—driving improved customer experiences and supporting digital transformation initiatives. He joined Mediacom in 2014. Pradeep Kanda has been promoted to Group Vice President, Network Security. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s cybersecurity posture and manages network infrastructure and engineering for both Mediacom’s internal enterprise network and its IP Video network. His role is vital in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the company’s digital infrastructure. Kanda has been with Mediacom since 2013. Belinda Maldonado has been elevated to Group Vice President, Human Resources. She now leads Mediacom’s field-based HR leadership team, ensuring consistent and effective human resources practices across the organization. Her responsibilities include human resources information systems, reporting and analytics, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. Maldonado has been a part of Mediacom since 2006. Joseph Michulski has been named Group Vice President, Corporate Finance. In this role, he continues to manage key financial operations, including the administration of the company’s 401(k) plan, oversight of medical benefit spending, employee compensation, and corporate insurance procurement. Michulski joined Mediacom in 2000 as a financial analyst and has since played a central role in the company’s financial leadership. Ruben Martino has been promoted to Vice President, Finance. He continues to lead critical corporate finance functions such as debt financing, risk management, financial reporting, banking relationships, treasury operations, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Martino joined Mediacom in 2014 after completing the company’s internship program. Manvinder Singh has been named Vice President, Data Warehouse. In this role, he leads Mediacom’s enterprise data strategy, focusing on data engineering, cloud data architecture, analytics, machine learning, automation, and self-service reporting. He oversees the company’s global data repositories that house financial, operational, and performance data, supporting key systems like commission platforms used by over 2,000 employees. His work is central to enabling trusted data access, improving operational efficiency, and empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization. Singh joined Mediacom in 2014 after participating in the company’s internship program.
