11 Innovative Companies Showcase New Smart Manufacturing Technologies

Eleven innovative companies showcased their latest achievements at the Jinyu Zhuihui Center, exploring new opportunities in smart manufacturing. Among them, a standout presentation came from Zhang Xu, the founder of Zhongguang Technology, who shared his company's breakthrough in low-temperature intelligent heating technology for CIGS thin-film solar cells. This technology enhances the transient heat response and stability of the transparent conductive oxide (TCO) layer, achieving high efficiency and reliability through in-depth research and development. The core technology involves three main aspects: precise temperature control strategies that address heat accumulation issues, structural design of the TCO layer to mitigate electrical arcing and power loss, and atomic-level measurement tools that guide materials preparation processes. Currently, Zhongguang Technology produces two types of products—stability-focused and performance-focused—with power densities reaching nearly 20,000 watts. These products exhibit superior stability compared to traditional electric heaters and ceramic heaters. These products have a wide range of applications, including building ventilation, industrial pipelines, and energy-efficient vehicle thermal management systems. The company has established collaborations with national power grids, China National Tobacco Corporation, and PetroChina, among others. On the other side of innovation, another prominent participant was Kuaxu Technology, which specializes in the application and development of magnetic materials and devices in the field of artificial intelligence computing. Their mission is to break the limitations of traditional chip manufacturing by leveraging magnetic computing technology. Kuaxu Technology's founder highlighted that the company has developed two product lines: E series and M series. The E series focuses on cloud computing environments, utilizing magnetic-electric structures to achieve ultra-wide bandwidth calculations, significantly enhancing processing speeds. The M series, on the other hand, concentrates on solving computational challenges in specific domains such as AI drug discovery and communication flows. In terms of business strategy, Kuaxu Technology operates in a lightweight asset model, closely collaborating with upstream and downstream industries. Currently, the company has completed three rounds of financing and is about to launch its fourth round. They are also actively conducting product verification with multiple downstream companies and plan to release a new generation of M02 chips by mid-year. Another notable innovator is Zhaoshu Technology, known for its radical advancements in designing low-power consumption devices. Their technology breaks the conventional boundaries of device design by optimizing energy efficiency. This has significant implications for various fields, particularly in consumer electronics where battery life and sustainability are crucial. Each of these companies at the Jinyu Zhuihui Center presented unique solutions and technologies that are poised to transform their respective industries. Their collaborative efforts and cutting-edge innovations underscore the potential of smart manufacturing to drive technological progress and open new frontiers in efficiency and sustainability.
