11 Companies Collaborate to Explore New Opportunities in Smart Manufacturing

Eleven innovative companies recently made their debut at the Jinyu Zhihui Center, exploring new opportunities in smart manufacturing. Among them, Changfeng Zhang, the founder of Zhongwang Sci-Tech, shared his company's groundbreaking low-temperature smart thermal management technology, discovered through extensive research in the use of transparent thermal materials that respond to temperature changes. This technology specifically targets the TCO (transparent conductive oxide) layer in CIGS (copper indium gallium diselenide) thin-film solar cells, optimizing their performance through high-efficiency and high-stability transparent thermal materials. The core technology includes three aspects: precise heat distribution to address thermal dissipation issues, layer structure design to tackle electrostatic discharge and power loss, and atomic-level measurement to guide the production of material devices. Currently, the company has developed two product categories that offer strong performance and high stability, achieving a power density of up to 20,000 watts. These products outperform traditional electric heaters and ceramic heating elements in terms of stability. The products have found applications across multiple industries, including building heating, industrial pipeline heating, and advanced energy vehicle thermal management. Zhongwang Sci-Tech has established collaborations with national power grids, China National Tobacco Corporation, Yidong, and other enterprises. Quxu Technology: A Magnetic Computing Breakthrough for AI Quxu Technology focuses on the application of magnetic materials and devices in artificial intelligence computing, aiming to overcome the limitations of traditional silicon-based processes through magnetic computing technology. According to the founder, the company has developed the E series and M series product lines. The E series is designed for cloud-end computational environments, utilizing spintronics to achieve ultrahigh bandwidth computation, significantly improving processing speed. The M series, on the other hand, specializes in addressing computational issues in AI drug discovery and communication logistics. Strategically, Quxu Technology adopts a lightweight asset model and collaborates deeply with upstream and downstream industries. The company has conducted product trials with multiple mainstream companies and plans to release the next generation, M02 chip, by mid-year. The company has completed three rounds of financing and is currently launching its fourth round. Magic Sci-Tech: A Revolutionary Design for Low-Cost Products Magic Sci-Tech is another participant that has introduced a revolutionary product design focused on cost-effectiveness. While the specific details of their technology were not provided, the company emphasizes innovation in product design to meet market demands and reduce costs, ensuring broader adoption and commercial success in the competitive landscape of smart manufacturing.
