The published DRS dataset used in this study comes from the work of the Novoa Laboratory at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) of the United States, under the number GSE124309 , PRJNA563591 , and the work of Intawat Nookaew, no. SRP166020 (Not available in this dataset yet).
DRS data for several human cell lines used in this study are publicly available from the Singapore Nanopore Expression Project and are available at the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) under the accession number PRJEB44348 (Not available in this dataset yet). Rice m 6 A-seq data are from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database, number GSE135549 The m6ACE-Seq and miCLIP data of the human HEK293T cell line are available in the GEO database under the numbers GSE124509 and GSE63753 The MeRIP-seq of human K562 cell line can be found in GEO database under the accession number GSE205709 Four in vitro apparent transcriptome (IVET) datasets, two IVT datasets from synthetic sequences, and two rice datasets generated by direct RNA sequencing at ONT have been deposited in the GEO database under the accession numbers GSE227087 .
