ISG Launches Global Study to Evaluate Workday Ecosystem Providers and Their AI-Driven Solutions

하루 전

Information Services Group (ISG), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, has initiated a comprehensive research study to assess the strengths and competitive positioning of partners operating within the Workday ecosystem. This study will culminate in a series of ISG Provider Lens™ reports, collectively titled "Workday Ecosystem," which are expected to be released in September 2025. The main focus of the research is to evaluate how these ecosystem providers are leveraging advanced solutions, such as Workday Illuminate, predictive analytics, and intelligent process automation, to optimize HR operations and enhance workforce productivity for enterprise clients. These services are particularly relevant given the rapid advancements in cloud technology and the increasing integration of AI in enterprise management solutions. Enterprise buyers will benefit from the insights provided in these reports, as they can use the data to reassess their current vendor relationships, explore potential new partnerships, and understand the range of offerings available in the market. ISG's advisors will also use the information to offer strategic recommendations to the firm's buy-side clients, ensuring they make informed decisions based on the latest market trends and provider capabilities. Workday's Spring 2025 release is a significant milestone in the ecosystem's evolution, introducing over 350 new features and innovations, including Workday Illuminate, Workday Orchestrate, and AI agents for HR and finance. These enhancements are designed to revolutionize the delivery and consumption of digital HCM services. The Built on Workday initiative, launched in mid-2024, has already empowered over 70 partners to develop specialized applications that complement Workday's existing HCM and finance solutions. According to Aman Munglani, director and principal analyst at ISG Provider Lens Research, Workday's commitment to superior user experience has contributed to its strong market position, capturing more than 40 percent of the cloud HCM market. The introduction of AI agents for HR and finance is expected to further solidify this position by enabling more dynamic and efficient business models. ISG has distributed surveys to a wide range of Workday ecosystem providers operating in the U.S., Europe, and the APAC regions. The research will be structured into four quadrants, reflecting the typical enterprise HCM services and the providers' capabilities in these areas. Lead authors Ashwin Gaidhani and Gaurang Pagdi will oversee the report's development, ensuring it provides a deep and nuanced understanding of the global Workday ecosystem. Geographically focused reports will offer detailed insights into the products and services available in the U.S., Europe, and the APAC regions. This approach will help enterprises tailor their decisions to their specific regional needs and market conditions. Companies not currently listed as Workday ecosystem providers can contact ISG to be included in the study, broadening the scope and utility of the research. The 2025 ISG Provider Lens™ evaluations are notable for including expanded customer experience (CX) data, which will measure the actual enterprise experience with specific provider services and solutions. This data is derived from ISG's continuous CX research, providing a robust and practical basis for the reports. Enterprise customers are encouraged to share their feedback through an online survey, and in return, they will receive a copy of the report. The ISG Provider Lens™ research series is unique in its approach, combining empirical data with real-world observations from ISG's global advisory team. This combination ensures that enterprises receive detailed and actionable insights to guide their technology sourcing decisions. ISG's expertise in provider ecosystems and proprietary market data has made it a trusted partner for many leading enterprises, helping them maximize the value of their technology investments. ISG, founded in 2006 and listed on Nasdaq, has a long-standing reputation for leadership in technology and business services. With a team of over 1,600 professionals worldwide, ISG is now at the forefront of leveraging AI to help organizations achieve operational excellence and faster growth. The firm serves more than 900 clients, including 75 of the world’s top 100 enterprises, making it a key player in the technology advisory space. Industry analysts are optimistic about the impact of this study. They believe that the detailed analysis and expanded CX data will provide a clear picture of the Workday ecosystem's strengths and weaknesses, helping both providers and buyers make informed decisions. The alignment of these reports with Workday's latest innovations, particularly in AI, is seen as a significant step forward in the field of enterprise HCM services. ISG's continued focus on AI and market analysis, coupled with its global reach and depth of expertise, positions it well to deliver valuable insights that will shape the future of the Workday ecosystem and the broader HCM market.
