Incode Technologies Achieves FedRAMP Ready Status, Advancing AI-Powered Identity Verification for U.S. Federal Agencies

Incode Technologies has achieved FedRAMP Ready status, marking a significant advancement in its mission to deliver trusted, AI-powered identity verification solutions for U.S. federal agencies. The milestone positions the company as a trusted partner in the federal government’s digital transformation efforts. FedRAMP Ready signifies that Incode completed a formal Readiness Assessment conducted by a FedRAMP-accredited Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), with findings reviewed and validated by the FedRAMP Program Management Office. This status is a foundational step toward full FedRAMP Authorization, which is required for cloud services used by federal agencies. The achievement underscores Incode’s commitment to meeting the highest federal security standards. As generative AI accelerates the pace and sophistication of fraud, the need for robust identity verification has never been greater. According to Deloitte, fraud losses in the U.S. could rise to $40 billion by 2027—up from $12.3 billion in 2023—highlighting the urgency for secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity solutions. “FedRAMP Ready is a critical milestone in our mission to support U.S. federal agencies with secure, high-assurance identity verification,” said Ricardo Amper, CEO and Founder of Incode. “We are dedicated to completing the full authorization process and helping agencies deliver seamless digital services while safeguarding privacy and strengthening national security.” Incode’s platform leverages proprietary AI and machine learning to deliver real-time identity verification, with advanced capabilities in deepfake detection and presentation attack resistance. This enables federal agencies to defend against increasingly sophisticated identity-based threats at scale, without compromising user experience. The company’s security and compliance framework extends beyond FedRAMP Ready. Incode maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 30107-3 certifications for presentation attack detection, along with Kantara Identity Assurance Level 2 certification—demonstrating its comprehensive approach to trust and security. With FedRAMP Ready status, Incode is now positioned to collaborate with federal agency sponsors to pursue Authorization to Operate under the FedRAMP program. This will enable the company to support mission-critical government services, including digital onboarding, secure access to systems, and fraud prevention. Incode Technologies is a global leader in identity security and fraud prevention, powering eight of the top ten U.S. banks, seven of the top eight telecom providers, and numerous leading fintechs, marketplaces, and governments. The company processes over four billion identity checks annually across industries, driven by its mission to power a world of trust at the speed of AI.
